Payments Accepted:
All major credit and debit cards, cash, and Cash App.
We accept payments through PayPal which is a secure and trusted party.
We know schedules can change quickly, but unfortunately, skipping, rescheduling, or cancelling an appointment with fewer than 24 hours until the start time can cause your professional to lose valuable work.
Therefore, rescheduling an appointment 24 hours before your session time there is no rescheduling fee.
We do allow a one-time reschedule with less than 24 hours notice since we do understand that real emergencies happen,
You are only allowed one time to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. After that you might be blacklisted.
If you reschedule your appointment twice with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged half of the original service fee. Final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your rescheduled appointment.
IF YOU BECOME A FREQUENT "NO CALL, NO SHOW" OR "RESCHEDULER," YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. THAT WOULD EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF 3 INCIDENCES BACK-TO-BACK.
Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service price plus a $50.00 USD cancellation fee. All third party purchases will be required to pay the $50 cancellation fee.
Late Fee: We allow a 10 minute grace period. Clients that arrive 15-20 minutes late will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee. No client will be seen after 20 minutes late.
Last Minute Rescheduling Fee: There is a rescheduling fee of $25 for all appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
