Doula Services w/ Dr. Ni'kaiya Pettie-  
Many know me as Fari but you can call me Ni'kaiya. I help provide a divine birth experience to women and their partners during their birthing time by providing physical, emotional, spiritual, and informational support. As your doula, I am working for you, not for your caregiver or the hospital. As a prenatal, antepartum, and postpartum doula, it is my goal to help you adjust to the many changes and new challenges you may encounter with a new baby. It is my hope that when you have my support, those challenges will feel less overwhelming, your confidence will be higher, and your new family can bond and flourish. I offer 90 days postpartum doula care for you and your newborn infant(s). Contact us today if you are interested in our doula services.

Doula services are $400 to $800 within 200 miles and distances 201 miles or greater the prices may vary.
Non refundable deposit is required.
Doula sessions take place preferably in person but can be via web/video and over the phone.

What is Holistic Personal Training?

Holistic personal training goes more in-depth than traditional physical training. Holistic personal trainers know that in-order to train the body, the trainee must also train their mind. You will learn how to adjust the way you think to stay positive throughout your fitness journey.

With my 4-6 week program, you can achieve your health, wellness, and fitness goals in no time because I have just the right techniques and steps to help you achieve them! I will coach you in the right direction into making positive and long lasting changes to your overall well-being. What is Crystal Reiki?
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine that is also known as energy healing by use of the palms of the practitioner and the earth's crystal stones. Universal energy is transferred through the palms and crystals to promote physical and emotional healing.

How is Crystal Reiki Performed?
Reiki is usually performed on a client who is fully reclined comfortably on a massage table. At your request, Reiki may be done with a soft touch or the Practitioner’s hands may be a few inches/centimeters above your body with no actual touch. There are standard hand placements beginning at your head or feet, avoiding all sensitive body parts. Healing is so relaxing that sometimes clients may fall asleep during the session and they still receive full benefits. Most clients feel a sense of relaxation and peace. The mind may feel calm and your physical body should feel relaxed. Relaxing Reiki music will be played during your session.
