Dr. Ni'kaiya "Fari X" Pettie was born in New England (Boston, Mass) and raised there as a child by both her great-grandparents and grandparents. She left her hometown at about 20-years-old and found her way to Atlanta, Georgia. It was in Atlanta where she mentally grew-up and met her calling to become a holistic practitioner as a living. 

At the tender age of eight, Dr. Ni'kaiya Pettie realized that she could extract oil from plants such as roses and dandelions. That was when her curiosity sparked and she started studying Botany.

Being raised by spiritually in-tune and wise great-grandparents played an extensive role in the life of Dr. Ni'kaiya Pettie that ultimately led her to natural remedies and science. Her great-grandparents taught her that the original people of Earth were carbon-melanated (tan colored or darker) and that the original man and woman occupied every area of the continent that was livable. Thousand of years ago there was no such thing of conventional medicine, so, the original man and woman practiced holistic healing when one was ill or injured. Dr. Ni'kaiya Pettie's great-grandparents practiced what their ancestors practiced and they passed that science on to her. Many call it TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) but Dr. Ni'kaiya Pettie simply calls it OM (Original Medicine). Ni'kaiya Pettie is an educator, forever-student, and creator.
